Published floors. Discovery adjusts upward, never down.
MeshHand is a setup fee plus a monthly subscription, and the floor for each tier is published below. A discovery call can move the number up if your Prophet 21 install needs more than the tier assumes. It never moves it down. If the arithmetic does not work for your shop, we will tell you on the call.
Full detail, including the model usage allowance and founding-customer terms, is at meshhand.com/pricing. Our consulting work is priced openly and always has been: those rates are published here, unchanged.
$3,500 setup. Read-only Prophet 21: daily briefing, credit hold report, AR aging, order and PO monitoring, exception alerts. No writes, structurally.
$7,500 setup. Monitor plus guarded writes: order entry, failed-write recovery, credit hold release with approval, and Control Tower. This is the tier most distributors want. Start here.
$15,000 setup. Operate plus quote generation, multi-location, two custom recipes a year, and priority support with a four-hour response.
Setup covers discovery, provisioning your server and vault, and verifying your first guarded writes live against your own install. The monthly covers hosting, monitoring, support, and a model usage allowance: $100 on Monitor, $200 on Operate, $400 on Scale, with overage billed at cost plus 30% and shown on the invoice. Annual prepay takes 10% off the monthly. Founding customers get the setup fee credited back on conversion to an annual contract, in exchange for a named case study.

Compare it to the half-person, not to a seat licence
The work MeshHand takes over — the morning order and back-order check, chasing receipts, credit-hold review, the reports nobody runs — currently costs you part of somebody's week, usually your most capable P21 person. That is the number worth comparing against.
Per-seat SaaS pricing is the wrong frame here. You are not buying logins; you are staffing a role that runs on a schedule and remembers everything, on infrastructure we operate for you.
If the arithmetic doesn't work for your shop, we will tell you on the call. We have a consulting practice, and selling you a subscription you don't need is a bad trade for both of us.
- The three recurring jobs costing you the most time
- Roughly how your P21 install is set up, and how far behind it is
- How we would reach it — VPN, allow-list, or relay
- Who signs off on a change to live data
- Which channels your team actually reads

One call, no obligation. You'll leave knowing which three jobs we'd automate first, what it would take to connect to your Prophet 21, and whether the published floor holds for your shop. We are selecting five Prophet 21 distributors as founding customers.
